Your profile
- 10-15 years or more + experience in leading or expert positions in respective fields (Director, VP, ...)
- Residency in Portugal (or willingness to change residency to Portugal
- Comittment to develop the business of COzwei internationally and within Portugal
- Fluent (min C1) in English, German or Portuguese skills are a plus
- Existing business networks outside of Portugal
